Z Axis Offset

  • Disable axis constraints with M564
  • Jog the Z axis until it grabs a sheet of paper
  • Reset Z axis to zero using G92 Z0
  • Run a Z homing and only report the value with G30 S-1
  • The value produced by the G30 command is your Z probe offset for the Z axis
